Terms of use
Last updated: October 2026. This translation is provided for information; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
1. Presentation
This website is published by SERVICE FRANÇAIS DE LA PROTECTION RAPPROCHÉE (S.F.P.R), a private close protection company whose registered office is at 36 rue Scheffer, 75116 Paris, France. S.F.P.R carries out the physical protection of persons under CNAPS operating licence no. AUT-075-2123-06-04-20240934240. The operating licence confers no public-authority prerogative on the company or on the persons who hold it.
2. Purpose
These terms of use set out the conditions for accessing and using the website. Browsing the website implies full acceptance of these terms.
3. Access to the website
The website is free to access. S.F.P.R strives to keep it available at all times, without any guarantee: access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure.
4. Quote requests
The quote request form allows you to describe your needs and be contacted. Sending a request does not commit either the user or S.F.P.R. The information provided is used solely to review the request and prepare a proposal.
The form must not be used to report an emergency: in immediate danger, dial 17 or 112.
5. Services and contract
Every service involves a prior discussion, a written proposal and then a signed contract specifying the deployment, duration, price and terms of performance. Only this contract binds the parties.
Armed protection services remain subject to obtaining the required administrative authorisations. S.F.P.R cannot guarantee that they will be granted, nor how long this will take.
S.F.P.R does not provide surveillance, event security or transport services: surveillance and event security are provided by DSP, secure transport with a driver by Octa. These separate companies contract and invoice directly.
6. Prices
Services are provided on quotation. Prices are expressed in euros and set out in the commercial proposal, which states whether they are exclusive or inclusive of tax.
7. User obligations
Users undertake to provide accurate information and not to use the website for unlawful purposes. Users are asked not to send sensitive information through the form (precise addresses, detailed schedules, details of a threat): these are discussed by phone.
8. Liability
S.F.P.R cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the website, a service interruption or the presence of a virus. The information published is for guidance only.
9. Intellectual property
The content of the website (text, logo, images) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without the written consent of S.F.P.R is prohibited.
10. Personal data
The processing of data sent through the website is described in the privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
